The Q-Rail was design
specifically for use on High Speed pump and rail ink train
systems. Simply stated, the Q-Rail assembly replaces the
existing High Speed rail segments found on modern
pump-and-rail ink trains.
Whether your site requires an
open fountain conversion, a pump and rail conversion or CGI
digital inkers installed as part of a new press or tower
addition, CGI has on staff highly trained, professional
mechanical and electrical installers.

CGI Open Fountain
Conversion
Which retrofit or conversion
creates the most return on my investment if I choose CGI
digital inkers. The accuracy, lack of maintenance and clean
running operation of the CGI digital inkers provide
significant returns for all conversions or OEM installations;
but the most significant return on invested capital is found
in open fountain conversions. CGI specializes in this
conversion option. Combined with the CGI swing frame,
distribution head and CGI crew installation, this package
returns immediate savings in ink, paper and maintenance.

Digital Page
Pack versus
the Competitor's Gear/Shuttle Valve Page Pack
Our competitor often states
that they are the only “true digital” page pack.
But "digital" as they describe, also defines the
function of a light switch.
The engineering site survey is
about saving money. Contact the inking system experts of CGI
to initiate an on-site engineering survey to determine
solutions to any of your inking problems, and identify process
waste that can be eliminated. The professional engineering
staff of CGI will design a conversion solution utilizing
patented CGI digital injectors and ink train efficiencies. A
no-obligation site survey will answer all of your questions
concerning your ink delivery technology of today, and
tomorrow. The CGI engineering staff will blend leading edge
technologies with precision mechanical design to achieve the
most cost effective, forward thinking ink delivery system for
your production facility.
CGI
uses the latest SNAP or IFRA testing criteria for CGI
inking installations and Acceptance. We pride
ourselves on the accuracy of the system throughout all
press speed ranges: accuracies of +/- .05 of standard
densities. With the need for more color, crisper
images, less waste and integrations with CTP and
preset equipment, the CGI digital inking system is
ideal for retrofit or specification on your new press.
